The rapid evolution of digital technologies has profoundly reshaped the landscape of foreign language teaching, creating new opportunities for teachers and learners. Today, online teaching is no longer limited to the simple transmission of knowledge, but relies on dynamic and personalized interactions, supported by innovative digital tools. In this context, my three-month internship at Jinny & Toby Co, Ltd., on the Supermom Class educational platform, offered me direct immersion in this fast-changing environment.
The document was written in order to pass the diploma of the English/Spanish Applied Foreign Linguistics program, known in French as Langues Étrangères Appliquées (LEA).

[...] The program aims to improve reading and writing skills in Spanish. - Challenges encountered: The difficulty lay in translating intensive learning material while preserving the original structure and pedagogical objectives. - Skills developed: I deepened my understanding of pedagogical approaches in Spanish and English, as well as my ability to translate structured educational materials. - Studycat (French, Spanish to English) - Project description: I have translated from French and Spanish into English several issues of the Studycat series, a set of educational applications and online resources designed to help young children learn foreign languages in a fun and interactive way. [...] - Challenges encountered: One of the difficulties encountered in this phase was managing response times and clarifying the project requirements, which requires me to be precise and quick in my communication. - Skills developed: I improved my written communication skills and my understanding of the project requirements. This has enabled me to better anticipate expectations and facilitate fruitful collaboration throughout the project. 2.2.2. Experience of teaching foreign languages online During this placement, I had the opportunity to take part in different types of online foreign language teaching methods, in particular via Zoom, on the Supermom Class educational platform dedicated to teaching languages to children. [...] I have recorded stories in several languages, including English, Mandarin, French, Spanish and Japanese. As a voice actress for books, my job was to bring the characters and the plot of the stories to life. It is about reading the text clearly and conveying the emotions and intentions of the characters. Before each recording, I have to analyse the text to understand the tone, rhythm and emotions being conveyed. This has allowed me to experiment with different storytelling techniques to capture the attention of young listeners, such as: - Use of vocal variations: I learned to modulate my voice to differentiate the characters and create an immersive atmosphere.
