Several surveys reveal that there is a link between the color of the skin, the sex and harassment at work. Indeed, women of color suffer more from discrimination and harassment than white men for example and the consequences on the psychological well-being are enormous. For example, Buchanan and Fitzgerald, found a significant correlation between the race, the sex and the harassment at work. Berdahl and Moore demonstrated the risk of a double jeopardy for a woman of color at work too. We have also, a recent example of such a practice with the example of the condemnation of the famous restaurant Tavern on the Green in New York.
