Abstract
This research is focused on piracy. Though this phenomenon remains popular, the aim of this study will be to study its evolution, and the ways it has struggled over the years.
In this study, both secondary research and primary research will be carried out as they are complimentary. Secondary research has been used due to the availability of resources in the form of library (books, journal) in the UCB library, on UCB Online and in the library of Birmingham. Secondary research presented many benefits as it provided the opportunity to use information and theories developed by different scholars. Primary research in this study is a research based on the responses of a questionnaire submitted to 100 people. The study used a questionnaire as it is an efficient way to collect information which addresses specific issues.
