[...] Project Management - Creation of a Medical and Social Platform in the Hauts-de-Seine Department Context The Hauts-de-Seine is one of the most densely populated departments in France, Europe, and the world: it has more than 1,647,435 inhabitants spread over 176 km², or 9,360 inhabitants per km² according to the 2022 INSEE census, distributed across 36 municipalities. For international comparison, London (metropolitan area), a global city, has a population density almost half that, with around 5,600 inhabitants/km². The demographics of Hauts-de-Seine have experienced a remarkable growth rate of approximately 5,600 inhabitants per year between 2015 and 2021, although this is an average and disparities exist between the different municipalities of the department. [...] The fact of welcoming and hosting people with ASD ensures better control and follow-up of daily progress. As for other socio-medical structures, they are generalist, as they welcome and host adults with disabilities suffering from various forms of disability. They mainly evaluate the level of autonomy and potential for social integration. An adult with ASD may find themselves with other people suffering from other forms of disability. However, our project aims to offer exclusive reception and accommodation to people suffering from ASD, so we will be specialized in caring for these people. [...]
