Improving healthcare quality is a main objective for hospital stakeholders. The management teams are committed to respecting the hospital's internal operating rules. In their opinion, quality is essentially a matter of compliance with standard securities or internal regulations.
In the health sector, hospitals are often under pressure due to high costs and demands for care in a context characterized mainly by limited resources. As a result, the implementation of a change process has become a major necessity.
