Abstract
In this paper, I will define the moral compass which is determined by my knowledge, based on which I developed principles of life like relationship, the division, respect, honest. These values will help me to be a good leader in my future professional life and I have also to work a lot to really become a good leader. For example, I have to learn to recognize my mistakes and work on them. To understand how to be able to manage and take a specific decision, along with being a good leader, I will use some examples like polemics, political choices, or also Marc Jacobs' life.
