However, empathy and the search for resilience somehow require taking the maximum distance to tend towards the objectification of the nurse's profession or any profession related to medical care. [...] The case of the call situation shows this concretely. As I have been able to show, there are many reasons that can cause discomfort on the job. The solutions to promote the well-being and motivation of all healthcare professionals vary depending on the personal situations of each. This is why the improvement of the well-being of healthcare professionals, especially in an environment of disease treatment such as I was able to appreciate in the pneumology department, is an important factor to improve relations with patients, allow them to treat the disease more effectively and give healthcare professionals the opportunity to express their potential to the fullest.
