Rapport stage anglais
This report is a summary of my probation during my third year as faculty of the psychology department. This work had been requested by my faculty for the validation of my license in the year 2009-2010.
I did this training course at the local mission of Lannion for six weeks, alternating this from December 2009 to February 2010. I had no real missions of training course; I especially had to observe the working techniques of the technical advisers to analyze them. For six weeks, so I followed the counselors in their work, meeting with young people. Then I've also asked about their views and work techniques.
Local mission is an ideal course to learn how to help people in difficulty via communication and psychological techniques, which is why this internship attracted me. The local mission is a space of intervention at the service of young people. Each accepted teenager undergoes a customary program under the watchful eyes of a technical advisor assigned to him/her. Reception structures must provide answers to questions regarding employment, training, housing or health. Each young person, depending on his level, needs, and difficulties, can benefit from individualized responses to define his career objective and stages of its realization, to establish his training project and implement it to gain access to employment and maintain it The local mission must ensure hospitality, information dissemination, orientation and support functions to assist young people from 16 to 25 years to solve all the problems posed by their social and professional integration.
The research will be particularly focused on the practices of professional and social integration consultants. From this study, I will try to answer my original problem, "Can we say that a technical adviser's professional practices influence his relations with his clients and colleagues."
VII. [...] Emotion is very present in the local mission. Advisors are human beings, it is therefore normal that they feel emotionally overwhelmed by the situation. More and more young people come to consult them. It really is a daily challenge and one permanent stress should know manage and evacuate. This document explores the various practices of an adviser and his influences. This analysis arises a start problem, which is "can we say that a professional technical consultant practices influence his relations with his youth and his colleagues." We can definitely say that these various practices necessarily have impact on the young people and colleagues of an adviser. [...]

[...] Yet this is what young people could think, why should put some distance and correctly identify the status and role of an advisor. Yet some advisers see themselves as some sort of parents helping their children. It can be assumed that advisors identify with some of their young with their experiences, Malay. They feel some kinds in important mission of assistance to the person. However, all the Councilors unanimously say that they have to keep distance with youth; even though they well realize that they will invest more in certain situations. [...]
