[...] While before the introduction of plants, the general well-being score was 202 points, that 'after the introduction of plants' is 209 points. This 7-point increase proves to be quite light, but suggests that during these 21 days an improvement in the work environment, well-being, and employee engagement was felt. It is therefore already possible to draw several conclusions. First, the introduction of plants does not degrade the well-being and engagement of manager employees in their work and it would therefore contribute to feeling a slightly higher state of well-being.
