This thesis explores the psychosocial risks associated with telecommuting and the importance of preventing them to ensure the well-being of telecommuters.

It will be a matter of working around the following hypothesis: To promote the well-being of telecommuters, the prevention of psychosocial risks involves considering all aspects of telecommuting, that is, the three inseparable elements that follow: distance, the use of information and communication technologies and the frequency of telecommuting, that is, occasional or regular. (Taskin, 2006) Structure of the thesis Methodologically, the thesis is divided into two parts: a first theoretical part and a second empirical part. The theoretical part, divided into three chapters, proposes a conceptual framework based on the literature review. A first chapter defines telecommuting and its various forms.
