This thesis explores the role of a site manager in the construction industry, highlighting the skills and challenges involved in managing a construction site. From the preliminary study to the execution phase, the site manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the project's success. With a focus on financial and real estate accounting, this study provides valuable insights into the world of construction management.

[...] The weekly presence of the construction manager on the site guarantees a very high reactivity to resolve all the disputes encountered, such as the reading of sometimes complex plans, an inappropriate choice of material, or to interact with other companies present on the site. My attention is also focused on the quality of the work carried out by my employees, but also by subcontractors. The goal is to verify compliance with the specifications.
