It is well known that the recruitment of new employees in an organization is one of human resources managers' main activities. Their job is to make sure they find the right person for the right job. Today, as we continue to hear about the crisis and the always-increasing unemployment rate, we are persuaded that there are plenty of workers for companies and that they shouldn't have too many difficulties finding the right persons. Furthermore, the population is rising and our economies are interconnected due to globalization, meaning that companies can easily find foreign workers and recruit worldwide. The job market is full of very qualified people but less and less job offers.
This is the reason why new recruiting tools have made they appearance in the last couple of years.
All those new recruiting tools are online based. The Internet is an amazing tool than give anyone the opportunity to look for a new job but also for companies to look for people to employ. Many different websites offer those opportunities. There are, for example, websites in which companies can post announcements for job offers or websites where companies can look at online resumes.
