[...] This project allowed us to create a training for the Bar workshop, it also allowed us to work in teams and individually and to gain confidence in the face of an unusual situation, such as the camera or the start of research. The fact of being filmed was a great difficulty and sometimes working in a team was not practical. The organization was also complicated to set up. I found this project very interesting, but also stressful, because I lack confidence in myself and I'm not always at ease when it comes to working in a team. It got me out of my comfort zone. [...]

[...] I will present our Masterpiece Project. In March 2025, Mr. X proposed to us for the masterpiece to create a cocktail notebook in correlation with the Bar workshop. In this notebook, each page is dedicated to a cocktail chosen by a student with information about the cocktail and a QR code leading to a video of the cocktail's realization by the student.
