Sports are also a daily activity, even for the youngest. To conclude, this Erasmus internship was an incredible and very enriching experience. [...] At the beginning of the internship, I was afraid that I would not have enough vocabulary in English or that I would not understand the language well when spoken, but I was able to communicate with the team and clients from the start, so I easily gained confidence in myself. The working hours were also disturbing, as we ate later, but my body quickly adapted. The employees were very patient with me and let me settle in slowly. The relationship between employees and managers is much more relaxed than in France, even approaching familiarity, the atmosphere in the company was then friendly and without pressure. I therefore easily felt at ease with the team. [...]

[...] I was then able to see how the check-in and check-out procedures were carried out, and I was explained how the software they use for making reservations works. I was able to perform some check-outs and communicate in English, therefore improving my vocabulary. When I was not placed at the reception, I participated in the breakfast. Their breakfast consisted of a cold buffet with pastries, fruits, cheese, dried fruits and cereals, and a hot buffet with sausages, peas, porridge, bacon, and eggs. [...]
