The concept I want to put in order concerns the opening of a chain of kitchens to prepare meals in advance. The concept is to propose to customers an innovative way to prepare their meals and a good trick for managing the time they spend making dinner. The idea is to do the shopping, to order and to cut the ingredients in advance, to do most of the preparation for the customers and then to invite them in a well-equipped kitchen to create their menus, the whole in a friendly atmosphere.
