We present a study of websites, www.lapeyre.fr, a French web site, and www.bancopopular.es, a Spanish one and the last one is www.virginmega.fr. These three web sites have the particularity to be innovative in terms of strategy of recruitment of new consumers, and the services that they offer. I attempt to showcase the different parts of these websites that are innovative. In the first part, we will see a small presentation of the company, followed by the different strategies employed and why they are innovative with regard to their multi channel strategy, the means of communication, the strategy of recruitment of new consumers, strategy of consumer loyalty, and the different services that they offer.
